Matthew is one of the joint-owners of GYM Royale Investment, as well as a frontman of the company.\n\n\nAs a result of his statistical and analytical background, he focuses on doing ground research and analysis that drives the business forward. \n\n\nBefore he got into property he worked in Real Estate, Telecommunications, Insurance, Oil & Gas, and Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) for a combined period of over 22years, this experience comes in handy within property investing. He also worked as Youth coach and a mentor. As a result of his passion for property investment, he became a full-time property investor. Matthew is passionate about providing high-quality accommodation and improving the reputation of landlords in the UK, with a vision to being one of the leading providers of high-quality accommodation in the UK. \n\n\nHimself and his wife who is also a Director and joint-owner began this journey in October, 2022 when they signed up for a training day with Fielding Financial and have never looked back since. Yemmie is one of the Joint ownership at GYM Royale Investment \n\nHaving professionally worked in the telecoms, social housing, Banking and financial services organisations for over 22 years combined,\nher role within the company is behind the scenes and more hands-on when it comes to customer acquisition, public relations and people's management .\n\n\nYemmie is also the point of contact once the property has been let. She is the main problem solver, with a direct line to our letting agents, investors and others.\n\n\nIn her spare time she enjoys taking up charity work, helping the needy and vulnerable within her capacity and helping them feel good. \n\n\nShe chose to go into property investing because she loves the challenge, the time to spend more with her family, independence and financial stability it gives her.
