Matthew is one of the joint-owners of GYM Royale Investment, as well as a frontman of the company. As a result of his statistical and analytical background, he focuses on doing ground research and analysis that drives the business forward. Before he got into property he worked in Real Estate, Telecommunications, Insurance, Oil & Gas, and Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) for a combined period of over 22years, this experience comes in handy within property investing. He also worked as Youth coach and a mentor. As a result of his passion for property investment, he became a full-time property investor. Matthew is passionate about providing high-quality accommodation and improving the reputation of landlords in the UK, with a vision to being one of the leading providers of high-quality accommodation in the UK. Himself and his wife who is also a Director and joint-owner began this journey in October, 2022 when they signed up for a training day with Fielding Financial and have never looked back since. He is part of the Fielding Financial team as a seminar and 3-Day volunteer and crew. Property investing allows him to do the things he loves, and have the freedom to be in charge of his life.
Oluwayemisi (Yemmie) Matthew-Okoromi

Yemmie is one of the Joint ownership at GYM Royale Investment Having professionally worked in the telecoms, social housing, Banking and financial services organisations for over 22 years combined, her role within the company is behind the scenes and more hands-on when it comes to customer acquisition, public relations and people's management . Yemmie is also the point of contact once the property has been let. She is the main problem solver, with a direct line to our letting agents, investors and others. In her spare time she enjoys taking up charity work, helping the needy and vulnerable within her capacity and helping them feel good. She chose to go into property investing because she loves the challenge, the time to spend more with her family, independence and financial stability it gives her. There is also an added benefit of knowing that she is helping young people and families find high quality accommodation when they need it.
Gbemi lreoluwa

Gbemi Ireoluwa is one of the three co-directors She is focus on administration, social media management and sourcing funds Before Gbemi got into property she worked in health care industry ,the skills from health such as prioritising ,diversity,individualising and providing quality care are transferred to a property investment. Gbemi enrolled for a three day property training and got inspired to enroll for the professional property investor master class with Fielding Finance. She is passionate about providing high-quality accommodation and envision investment abroad Gbemi as a co-director is working towards having more flexibility, financial freedom and be able to explore the world via property investment
